It is with great pleasure that we will attending the Autumn Equinox fest on September 29th at Dingbats in NJ, a full day black/death metal event (Please click show page for full details including line up), and will also be meeting Christophe Szpajdel, the legendary artist, who over a decade created the logo for my band, Ceremonium. I've maintained contact throughout the years, and look forward to catching up on old times! Im also excited to announce that he will be drawing a logo right on hand for the record label as well as another band Im currently forming. Grotesqueuphoria Caustic Slug releases its first promotional video Cursed to Live. Grotesqueuphoria's first track off their 2002 debut Euphoric Discordance is highlighted while a mirage of assorted nightmare-ish imagery unfolds. Completely raw and underground, the video was shot with a low budget cam corder using unanimated objects on a 24 inch coffee table and produced with a stock windows editing program. This video is a cult of the cult must have for true underground metal freaks. Limited copies are floating around in the NY underground scene. SO if you can find one, copy it and give it to your pals! Rising from the infested gutters of Long Island comes the much anticipated second offering from New Yorks
brutal death / grind metal sickos, GROTESQUEUPHORIA. "Conquered By Corruption" contains eight tracks which
launches the listener into a chaotic half-hour trip of pure old school death metal with technical overtones sure to satisfy the fans of GORGUTS, HUMAN REMAINS and IMMOLATION. Playing throughout the late 90's under the former names of Butchery and Exuviate, the band members have made a series of offerings which were well recieved by the metal public. Both the "Blackest Blood" demo of 1998 and the "Exuviate" self-titled cd of 1999 were welcomed with strong reviews. GROTESQUEUPHORIA's self-released debut of 2001, "Euphoric Discordance" took it to the next level. Signing with DESTRO RECORDS in August of 2003, "Conquered By Corruption" is sure to continue the madness.
